Angola
VIVACOM in Angola offers total telecommunications services, underpinned by innovation, reliability and competitiveness. We provide the most reliable global telecommunications service in Angola – providing access via fiber, microwave and satellite.
Botswana
VIVACOM in Botswana was recently established in Gaborone, offering the country a new, resilient connectivity alternative with double redundant routes in the region into South Africa. Through a full-service provider license, we provide a large scope of services ranging from voice to national and international connectivity, as well as a range of valued added services.
Mozambique
VIVACOM in Mozambique currently provides 40% coverage in Maputo and Matola, connecting via Seacom on the east coast of Africa to international POPs in Africa and Europe via South Africa. Wireless and Fiber service are available in Maputo and Matola and VSAT solutions service the rural areas. Investment infrastructure is currently being deployed to expand the coverage footprint north.
DRC
VIVACOM in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) offers the private and corporate sector various access technologies such as fiber, microwave, WiMAX, as well as fixed and mobile LTE. These are all provided on a stable, reliable network that is scalable and provides redundancy, disaster recovery and route diversity to ensure maximum uptime. DRC also hosts its own Earth station, linked to the fiber backbone allowing capacity to be distributed countrywide.
South Africa
VIVACOM in South Africa provides access into the SA markets. It provides redundant connectivity to undersea cable systems off the East and West coast. Through these, the Group is able to leverage business and technologies directly available in South Africa and quality connectivity on a pan-African level.
Zambia
VIVACOM in Zambia operates a network extending to major industrial and commercial centres throughout the country. We host critical backhaul routes for the Group by providing entry to South Africa and Botswana via fiber access through Lusaka. This forms a ring network in the southern Africa operational countries, thereby interconnecting Namibia, Botswana, Zambia and South Africa.Our network allows us to provide exceptional connectivity and service to the Zambian corporate sector.
